NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)
To respect and protect our client’s information and contents is one of our most important values and we do it by nature. Nevertheless, we are totally available to sign an NDA, if that makes you feel more comfortable about your designs and other contents that you need to share with us.
Information analysis
We usually need you to share with us information to help us determine the best options for your project: Sketches, ideas, designs or spec sheets, materials that you prefer, positioning of your brand, quantities to produce, timelines or specific demands that you might have and other.
Do not worry if you still haven’t all this figured out: we commit ourselves to guide you through it, step by step.
Services proposal
After a deep analysis of all the information provided by you and the specific information gathered from our network of suppliers and manufacturers, our team needs 5 days to put together a services proposal, specifically designed for you and for your project, including the service costs, the estimated costs for your prototypes, as well as delivery dates for prototypes, commercial samples and production.
Monthly fee
Our service is charged according to a monthly fee, which is determined during the diagnosis phase: meeting and information analysis. Nothing is charged until Portugal Production sends you its proposal and we get your approval.
The usual minimum duration of Portugal Production’s services is 3 months. Nevertheless, this duration might be adapted to the project whenever necessary, according to the specific details to be agreed between the parts.
